My working hours are subject to 'real life' commitments. Please call first to book an appointment and try to give me at least 1 hours notice.

Also if you think that you are going to be more than 15 mins late please call to inform me. I may still be able to see you but if I have another client to see straight after you, then you will have to re-book a new appointment. My 2pm appointment slot (during school days) needs to end at 3pm so again please try to be on time.
